§1 General Information

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at https://remainsofficial.com.
The store operates under the brand Remains and is owned and operated by:

All sales agreements concluded via the Store are concluded between the Customer and Kliks sp. z o.o.
The Store sells products exclusively to consumers (B2C).

§2 Definitions

Store — the online store available at remainsofficial.com
Seller — Kliks sp. z o.o.
Customer — a natural person placing an order
Consumer — a Customer purchasing for purposes not directly related to business activity
Order — a declaration of intent to purchase goods

§3 Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the Store.
To place an order, the Customer must:

Select product(s)
Add to cart
Provide shipping and billing details
Choose payment method
Confirm the order

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract.
The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order via email.

§4 Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in PLN (Polish Złoty), unless otherwise stated.
The Seller reserves the right to introduce additional currencies (including EUR).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are indicated during checkout.
Available payment methods are listed on the Store website.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices, without affecting already confirmed orders.

§5 Delivery

Products are delivered within Poland and internationally.
Delivery methods may include courier services such as InPost, DPD, DHL or equivalent.
Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Delivery time depends on location and selected courier.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

§6 Right of Withdrawal

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the Consumer must notify the Seller by email.
Detailed withdrawal rules are described in the Return & Refund Policy.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products.

§7 Complaints

The Seller is liable for product defects under applicable Polish law.
Complaints should be submitted via email to info@kliksagency.com.
The complaint should include:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos (if applicable)

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days.

§8 Intellectual Property

All content on remainsofficial.com, including text, photos, graphics, logos and branding elements, is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

§9 Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Store website.
The Seller acts as the data controller.

§10 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Consumers have the possibility to use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms.
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
The Seller does not commit to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings but informs about the possibility as required by law.
