2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • The returned item must be sent back within 14 days from the date you notify us.

 


 

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

4. Return Procedure

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

After receiving confirmation, the parcel must be sent by courier (preferably InPost) to the company address below:

We do not accept:

  • Parcel locker returns

  • Letters

  • Polish Post (Poczta Polska) parcels

  • Returns sent without prior contact

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for parcels lost during return shipment.

 


 

5. Processing of Returns

Returns will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date the returned parcel is received at our office.

During this time, the returned product will be inspected.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

 


 

6. Refunds

If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item.

Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by applicable law.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer

 


 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.
