REMAINS ships worldwide from Poland. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Pre-order items are prepared after the order is placed. Estimated shipping for pre-order items begins 2–3 weeks after purchase, to allow time for garment preparation, washing and finishing. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it may ship once all items are ready.

Estimated delivery times

• Poland: 3–5 business days
• Europe: 5–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order ships. They may vary during busy periods or due to the carrier.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
